Hi, my name is Tim Ridley. I live in Adelaide, South Australia. I have been married to my wife Cindy for over 10 years, we have 2 pets, a Miniature Bull Terrier named Sunshine, and a cat named Lochanora (a delicious Scottish Whiskey Liqueur if you were wondering!) I come from a family of Dad, Mum and 3 younger brothers. I am self employed and operate a family business with my brother Dan as business my partner called 'Dent Revolution'. I started this podcast as a way to contribute to the concept of the 'greater good.' In the past I was involved in volunteer youth work and derived enormous personal satisfaction from watching young teen's grow to be amazing adults. Many of whom are still friends to this day! Due to the nature of my work I can no longer commit to any kind of regular ongoing volunteer work as I am often travelling away from home, and have long working hours due to times of high demand.

This has left me feeling a little lost in life, I enjoy my work but fixing people's cars doesn't really give me a sense of making this world a better place. And that's what I hope to achieve with my little podcast. I have no grand expectations. It certainly won't change the world in any dramatic way but I do hope that it may lead to a few of us being a little more understanding of each other through shared stories and greater connection. At the end of the day wouldn't the world be a better place if we all understood each other more?

This podcast is open to anyone (yes, you!), who wants to share their story with me. I want to hear as much about you as you are willing to share! Good times, bad times, happy times and even the sad. I am aiming to make it an open conversation with no agenda or set plan. We will go where the conversation leads us. If you are interested please reach out and let me know a bit about yourself.
